1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

- The item is returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase whenever applicable;
- The item is not damaged, altered, or used in a way that affects its resale condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of excessive use, damage, alteration, missing parts, or misuse.
2. Return Period
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not be accepted.
3. Return Method
Returns must be made by postal shipping.
Before sending any item back, please contact us first to request return approval.
After your return request is approved:
- Return instructions will be provided by email;
- The applicable return address will be provided by email;
- Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
The return address may vary depending on the order and will be provided after the return request is approved.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the return is caused by our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item:
- Please contact us within 30 days of delivery;
- The item must meet our return eligibility requirements;
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.
6. Refunds

If approved:

Please provide:

- Photos or videos showing the problem.
After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
