This Shipping Policy explains our shipping areas, order processing time, delivery time, shipping costs, and order handling process. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.
3. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
We offer Standard Shipping for domestic U.S. orders.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order amount.

5. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available for domestic U.S. orders with an order total of $70.00 or more.
The order total is calculated before taxes, shipping fees, or any additional charges, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
6. Order Confirmation and Tracking
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you for updated information. Additional shipping fees may apply if the package needs to be resent.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos as proof.
We will review the issue and help arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution when applicable.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
